Need freelancer - To help create followers

hi,
Need a good freelancer with good technical prowess and ability to think out side box.

Job will involve creating mass email addresses (or use existing ones), approx >2500 and then each email will be registering on a site to follow a person.

It would be very labour intensive unless freelancer can make a ingenius way of doing it by auto somehow.
