Hello BHW, I am currently looking for a smtp or vps configuration for sending email on orange.fr, I need your help.

Get a cheap hosting plan (if you can afford a reseller plan, great. So you can have multiple IPs) and domain name. Run Joomla installation. Install acymailing (I haven't used it in a while, but it worked fine for me). You are good to go.

Install a good Cron later on to avoid high spam rate as you go on. Send low mails at the beginning to warm up your IPs.

amazon aws and ec2 are automatically blocks port 25 and 2525 and 465 as soon as it detects the postfix don't waste your time. Instead go with SES but they dont allow any SPAM. If they detect its almost instant suspension.

Google allows 50 mails a day.
Mailchimp , sendgrid , sparkpost they allow monthly free mails you can try them ..
