In some countries / schools / universities certain sites are blocked, he want proxy script, to get access to youtube from different IP and get it "unblocked"

Are you talking about making a site like this - unblockvideos.com? Because if so then that's a simple glype script. The problem with your idea is that YouTube will be using tons and tons of bandwidth so prepare to pay and if you say that your hosting provides "unlimited" bandwidth then good luck because you will get a message from your hosting with comments about their "unlimited bandwidth".
No, Dear I need script to make a website for opening websites which are restricted as YouTube is blocked in my county most of the time.

Thanks for your help. I tried to open Glype.com but when its blocked by blocked.com and second links works fine. So can you tell me after downloading, do I need just install this script or is there some I need to do extra to make site.
