free hosting is never good. But here are a few of them, bite the bullet yourself to see why they're not good

Better to find low cost hosting for tests, because very often on free hosting plans very bad settings. You will think that scripts or CMS do not works, but no, this is free hosting server have bad settings.
So, find 1-2$ hosting and do not loose your time.

Invest in cheap hosting, You will regret it sooner or later with free hosting. I tested all free hosting and ended up wasting time.

I’m one of them whom think that if your free service worth it , your paid one must be better so that’s what im doing.
In addition i have paid for services that aren’t like what they advertise.
Tested infinityfree , its good!

Good enough, until they restrict the account and you'll have no more access, that's the problem with the freest hosting, apart from the limited resources,
I have done a few tests a couple of years back and I can recommend Freehostia (not affiliated), as long as you don't need many resources,
Good enough for testing, very limited tho,
Just use xampp if you just need to test, that's what it's meant for,
Other than that, it would be better to get cheap hosting as mentioned by others, or free cloud services if you have a VCC that could do the work

I use that hosting package for a lot of my and my client's websites, so I wouldn't use it for something suspicious, that's why that condition..

Oh, $5 per day, I think he can certainly find something more expensive than that.
Why would he need a dedicated server for testing several php requests at all?
