Need Forum Posting Bot Made

Hello, I'm looking for a simple forum posting bot. Not the normal kind that creates accounts on random forums and posts links. Just a super basic "auto-poster". Multi-threading is not required, but if you want to throw it in at no extra who am I to object?

This bot should:
Remain on 1 forum (runs on vBulletin)
Use 1 account (already made)
Post over and over in a single thread

Example of the bot in action (to highlight simplicity):
Step 1: Pastes a predetermined message into the quick reply box
Step 2: Clicks post
Step 3: Repeats

If this sounds like something you could whip up quickly and somewhat cheaply let me know.
