I am lucky to be a part of this great forum, with awesome talented members.
been toying on my idea of building a forum from past 1 year.

confused ,what should I go for vBulletin, phpBB, myBB, xenforo, etc
vBulletin is paid and popular and coupled with vbseo it works wonders. others are good too...
I am sure most of the people here have been a part of other forums or have forums for themselves,

Looking for your constructive opinion here and suggestions here.

say, I have a site A on tech and site B on students stuff , does it make sense to experiment with having vbulletein on site A and phpBB or other forum on site B?

I am looking forward for brainstorming. I assume for the forum to be strong is its content, its reach and its members

Let me know if I am missing something , inputs welcome

You could give a shot to vBulletin since it's a great piece of software that you can use to build great forums like BHW.

Good luck with the forum idea, I've wanted to build one myself for quite some time.

Mine vote goes to vBulletin, it has more features and apps then other platforms and this forum is the best example of vBulletin.
