hi guys:
i am a newbie in youtube field.There is a problem that needs help.when i fill the vids title in english
that not views almost.but when i fill those in chinese or japanese dozens of views than english.i come from china.why. sorry for my english.

what niche are you in?
Maybe the videos that you are creating is preferred by audience who prefers those languages over english or maybe getting in suggested videos with those language would be easier then getting into suggested for english.
