Need Fast Server for Video only!

I currently have a video server I use for my video website but when I have a lot of users online the videos get super slow and start to buffer...

What can I do??

Is there a way i can get a super fast video server? Something like vid.me. Please recommend me something and some tips thank you!

EDIT: Don't recommend me Vimeo, Youtube, etc..

Rackspace has CDN video hosting that charges for usage only I believe.

is ezs3 like AmazonS3 ? because i used AmazonS3 for my visdeo streaming and was charged 48$ for just 1 hour and going up! I canceled the service in an instant lol

Have you looked at the following aspect?

- What's your CPU usage?
- What's your RAM usage?
- How much bandwidth are you consuming?
- Which network port are you on? 100/1000 Mbps?
- Are you running your server on SSD?

After looking at those aspect, you'll have some stats to work with, based on that calculate the amount of RAM/CPU you'll require. I would personally recommend you to get a VPS/Dedicated Server based on your requirements on SSD along with 1000 Mbps Network Port.

Rackspace seems to be a great service. Mate try it and write your comment after using it, so I may also try it for my video site. Getting slow video streaming......

You should go for high specification server and use content delivery network for faster load time. How many visitors do you get per day?

cdn for video huh, will that work?, I think that'll be expensive!!

50,000+ unhappy visitors because videos take so long to load!

I can't have an ssd because I need a lot of space for lots of video content
