Need fast, reliable private US proxies

I have daily intermitant proxy server refusing connection issues (and general speed issues) from the 25 proxies I currently get from ReverseProxies.com

I'm sick and tired of paying for things that don't work, and I'm not a spammer chewing through things. I want to keep the same reliable proxies for years, but they just have to work, and work MUCH faster.

Who here has found rock solid reliable US proxies that consistently deliver the speed promised?

I'm actually looking to step up to 50 or so, but they must be truly private and trying to get in around the $1/month each mark. Who offers true reliable 1Gb/s US only performance with a diverse mix of IP's and subnets?

REALLY don't want to be forced to try a dozen services over the next year just to find one that works.

Serious problems here with reverseproxies.com. Minimum of 6-7 times daily that I can't connect to proxies at all, and as soon as I disable proxies, everything works, and much faster, so it's definitely the proxies. They are supposedly fully private US proxies with 1GB/s connection, but at the moment, I see that at least 4 out of 25 are refusing connections, and the rest keep slowing down to the point where nothing I do works because I get timeout issues.

How do I find, and then make sure that I've got the absolute fastest possible US and FULLY private proxies? It's just not worth all the downtime and aggravation. I'm currently paying just over $1/proxy, and would prefer to stay there (except maybe jump to 50 proxies), but the issues have GOT to stop, so will pay more if necessary.
