Can't say I heard or seen such a service, you might want to try the following though :
1. post in the want to hire section, there more people possibly offering such a service will see it
2. try posting a custom request on fiverr, maybe someone there can help.

Yeah it doesn't seem that anyone's offering this - definitely a gap in the market for someone! Appreciate the tips mate - will try both and report back on how it goes.
