Hi everybody, here are some requirements
"The tool can scrape new members of groups, and send messages to them. It can add more groups
for example, i have 3 groups to scrape in Sydney, but when i want to build my groups in London, i can delete old groups and add new 7 groups to scrape
i want add many facebook accounts, i can determine how many messages each account will send. If the account reach the maximum messages, the tool will jump to next account to send
before login to each account, the tool can run a proxy tool, i prefer HMA https://www.hidemyass.com/
or if you have any solution for this, let's tell me"

I've did lot of bots like this before. I can do all the feautures that you've wrote here, including "refreshing" HMA programmatically (the bot will do this) before each login for example 
.
