Need Facebook Group Posts, Comments, and followers

I'm looking for a way to build out a brand new Facebook group with zero followers currently. I know I can purchase group members to increase legitimacy but I'd like to also have some "engagement" on the group page that looks real. Need something there for organic followers that we are going to start pushing to so the group looks less like a ghost town. Any ideas? Anyone able to provide something like this?

You can also get more interaction from strangers in a reciprocal way. Strangers interact for you and you interact for strangers.

You can create many virtual accounts to interact virtually on it as well as use as many acquaintances as possible to interact with each other as well as be able to exchange interactions. These are physical ways to build with good and attractive content and have a discussion topic.

You can invite acquaintances in your contacts to join the group to increase actual interactions from those accounts. Create attractive topics to increase interactions of everyone participating.
 
Fake legitimacy and genuine engagement triggers are necessary if you're creating a new Facebook group from start and want it to appear busy before generating organic traffic.

To increase the number of members in a group, you can run ads to increase interaction or manually invite all your acquaintances to the group and create a topic to create real interaction and take the time to interact on group pages related to your group.

You could also run targeted ads to attract organic followers and build that real vibe.
