faceids was working great in the past and says they are updating issues. It's a cloud based app but wouldn't work earlier today. I'll circle back if I see it get up and running correctly.
not sure if you can find a good and free one, as such tools generally need to be updated often, you might ask people that have certain tools to scrape some for you though if you don't need a lot... that might work
