Need Facebook Agency

i am looking for an agency who is partnered with facebook and we can pay with a credit card. right now we spend about $30k a day on Facebook ads using the agency we have we run greyhat ads so our accounts sometimes go down we need somone who can get the accounts back up faster then our current agency.
