if you are selling a product, all i can say is that u might want to look into a remarketing company like adroll for your media buys.. good retargeting features that can be very aggressive for your visitors

With Facebook its all about getting a good click thru ratio. If not your going to be paying a lot very fast.

When starting a Facebook campaign I always set the budget then go for the best demographic catered to my products general buyer.
