Need Facebook ads help

First you should determine who your target customers are and what products they are interested in. Does your Iphone case model attract that customer group? As far as I know, India prefers other types of phones than Iphone.

i see there are many types of iphone cases, pre-printed, custom-designed,... try each type to see if it's okay, other people's business is good because they started doing it and then came up with a process, get started

You should carefully review the content and images of your competitors to see what they have that you don't. And compare the attractiveness of the 2 articles and designs to find a direction for change. Then you review the target of your ad to see if it is reasonable or not, do you need to retarget? You should create content and images that attract viewers to attract more buyers.
 
Your product is a phone case, so you need to review whether your target audience is correct and whether the advertising content is attractive enough? Are your prices competitive enough with your competitors?
 
good product but there are too many advertisers in this field. big advertisers from china have captured most of the market. you should test with a small budget before deciding

Your current problem of not selling products may come from the current advertising content you are doing. Take your time and follow up more
