I am looking for someone who is proficient in Wordpress Web Design for a new business venture.
I am guaranteeing large sales volumes as I've already,over the passed year, generated sales on demand for my recent business, only thing is I am not looking to worry about micromanaging the small details of order fulfillment as this has proven to slow me and the business down and added stress on me since.
I need someone who is preferably already experienced with running a web design business and can carry that expertise over into basically the same role except not having to worry about marketing or sales as I will be doing all of it myself.
What I Need:
-someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged and are able to independently make decisions.
-Someone to receive and close new lead calls, interested in purchasing new website design.(must have a clear english voice). All we will be doing is getting WP themes and customizing them to business details.
-Edit New website proposal templates to match clients needs.(I will provide old templates I used that where 90% successful)
-After lead is closed by you, you will invoice client on agreed amount.
- Once client pays you will fulfill their website order.
I am looking to sell websites for $500-$1000+, if you are able to close at higher price great, I will be more then happy to add bonuses for your hard work.
Commission splits starting off are 60/40. 60 goes to you. I receive 40% and I take %15 out of my own earnings to reinvest in marketing. Commissions can be discussed in further as business starts flowing to make sure all is fair.
I will need to put up a new quick site, I will provide website files from my old site that have all the copy-write and info for customers to give them an idea. as soon as this is up I will be able to start generating sales within 24-48 hours.
