Need expert suggestions

Hello brothers,

I need expert suggestions for increasing my website positions or rank higher on page 1, so here is the question

Our website is a local business clinic based in the Middleeast, the tasks I succeed in on-page optimize and also all the pages are indexed by google through submitted the sitemap on GSC and most of the targeting keywords are ranking in between on 3rd - 7th page of google without link building the only link building task I did is to create a NAP on the local directories till now. Now the 1st page of each of the keywords I target is already full of authority hospitals & reputed old Clinics, If my website to be in the position of the first page then what strategies I can use? Please don't say a lot of link building with web2.0, profile pages, bla bla. I need a suggestion from the expert who can show some strategies which will work to rank in the authority or white hat SEO, something which will work after these google new updates.

I really appreciate and if some one wants to show me some steps which will proof that I can outrank the huge website from page 1st and wants to share in private too.

I already been active more than 7 years in the SEO world but have a lot of knowledge but dint work actual linkbuilding on the website as I read ebooks, videos,etc.

If you can try and get working relationships send up with local doctors if you can some will give you guest posts or you can buy them you can also try and get if you want backlinks or university to help boost your rankings as well.

A Press release sort of things in relationship to I guess your client is doctor be a good idea as well.

Yes, brother. The Client is a doctor but the thing is it's the clinic where they provide services like physiotherapy,gynecology,laser cosmetic,etc
 
Local Local Local. Coupled with @polecat said above. Go so local to create local signal.

Can you get featured on local news ? Shoot for it ! Get featured on as much local media channel as you can. Can you get the Dr featured on a local news website on subject topics ? Get as much as you can.

Next you want to look into your local listings. The feedbacks on your local listings ; Do you have a funnel that lets patients/visitors leave review on your listings? Check out @Taktical approach to ORM - That still works till this moment.

That is where I stuck, you know I don't have any idea how to get our clinic or doctor to be featured on a local news website, have any suggestions??

I see the reason I was wondering about getting Arabic sites from the wee bit of work I done and working with other people looking for Arabic for example content writer seems quite hard to get but getting Arabic themed sites was semi-easy to find.

Make them talk about Subject matter ; Take for instance COVID-19. Make them talk about staying safe in their geo. There are other medical tips you could make them discuss. It's that simple.
 
You could get shared something one of the doctors did special for example maybe one helped them get a rare condition or maybe they developed their own medical care system these sort of things could get shared fairly easy.
 
Including your company in local and thematic directories will give you a good result. Also getting positive reviews on google will also give you a higher conversion.
 
Thank you very much to all who answers my queries, I have noticed of most of my targetted keywords as the first 5 - 7 positions are the most popular hospital & clinics ranking and the rest of the below 3 are some low authorities websites, I need to know an another advises apart form this thread advises which are also appreciated.
