That sounds a bit low (budget).
I don't think you'll get a lot for that.

What exactly are you after and what's your goal?
 
Ok let me clear it ..... we will going to pay a guy 15-20$ or even more a month if his SEO service worth to our site... this agreement will be for 1 year and depends on a quality of work the SEO guy will do for us...
 
There are some great subscription services here but they are mostly $150+ per month.

You could also look at hiring a VA, but I think you need a budget of $200-$400 per month for that as well.

This amount isn't even one hour with a SEO expert. $15 is around 15 hours of VA work but they really do not know much
 
I also think that you will hardly find someboy doing this. This is the amount i charge per hour in my work, sometimes even more. Working a whole month for this is a bit redicioulous? What should the professional earn from helping you getting rich in 1 year?
200$ all in all? either the project is not worth it because it is not able to produce enough income or you are doing something wrong. Maybe you should first get some earnings and if this is the case hire people to help you earning even more by giving them a part of your profit?

$15-$20 is normally the per hour fee for a standard SEO expert.
 
this is a great thread, if we could all get experts for $20 and rank page 1 oh what a wonderfull world it would be

So you and your "investors" are all throwing in how much a month then?

It's not that your budget is low, it's that you don't have one full stop.
Take a look at some gigs on fiverr, but don't expect to rank for anything
when your not investing any money.

$20 a month isn't an investment, it's not even a gamble, if I gave a child $20 a month
pocket money they'd laugh at me!
