Experts, how do you manage to get 1st viral video? did you share on social media ? or ads ? or buy views ? what's your story?

i started uploading end of may on my ytb channel. i have manage to upload over 40 videos.. i am hardly getting any views .. my content is above average , i do seo best as i can
.. i shared couple of times in social media, it didn't helped much. i don't want to buy views or invest in ads .. is it possible to get views organically ? if i keep uploading videos ? plz share your experience might help or encourage me.. thanks

A viral video usually just happens for most creators, then based of their content they either keep growing or go stagnant. Just make good content on a generally popular topic thats searched alot or relevent.

i am trying to improve my content with every new video , the thing is i am losing motivation ..i already uploaded 42 videos , i only have 442 views...and 10 subscribers ...

It's how youtube works last 3 years. Before 2017 it was possible just create interesting content and upload it on regular basis and youtube gave you organic traffic from inside the platform. Now they have enough content creators and even more than that. It works a bit different. YOU should bring them users and views from outside and then they MAYBE share with you their internal traffic.

thanks for sharing bro, i shared my videos few times in social media sites.. the thing i learn from it is that not everyone is interested in the content i make .. some of my videos got good watch time , some of them did pretty poor even though the quality is same or even better... i tried to share my videos in related groups in such way that it doesn't feel like i am advertising , but no luck there cause the mods won't approve any of my posts .. so i can't target my specific audience and had to go with mass audience , which was killing some of my videos watch time , so i stopped sharing.

Correct, if your video longer than 10 minutes people doesnt ready to watch it and you will get massive bounce rate on. Can you show me your channel maybe I could give you couple advises
