need experienced imacros programmer

i am looking for someone that knows imacros FF extension, must be an expert in it to make me a imacro that will add listings from an excel files to my site by way of a form on my site.
here is the form on my site that the listings have to be entered in by the imacros you will make:

i am having a little trouble because some columns have more than 1 item in it sepereated by a comma.
