Need Experienced coder! Code a SMS CHAT script that would get and send messages PHONE

I need someone to code me an SMS CHAT Interface with admin panel. This script would be connected with my short number provider. They provide documentation of script how to receive and send sms messages.

TO make it clear its done like that:
Client send me sms
I get to my interface
I can reply him
He gets the sms message.

The principe is like that but it will be little more complicated. And if you can do it il explain you more.

I just went through the docs. This looks like an interesting project. Well, obviously not a $100 project. The API is pretty much well documented as well, which is a plus, but their POST back of delivery reports is actually a GETback lol, which is a shame

Anyways, have you got your guy already? If not, I can get this done for you. PHP,HTML,CSS and Jquery (to ajaxify things) and thats pretty much whats needed for this project.
