Hello, I need help from someone who might be able to find the best way to go with several modules for different apps I'm working on.
I don't need actual coding, rather, research.
Examples:
- Best free OCR library, for both images and PDFs (or only images and also find out how to convert from PDF to image)
- How to compress images on memory
- Easiest way to host a WCF service using HTTPS. I'm self-hosted right now, is it easier to make it work with HTTPS or migreate to IIS?
Those are some examples I need help with right now. Payment will be in bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.
