I think there are a couple of youtube videos posted by the Author of the program as well. Check It out, hope I helped.

the author's videos aren't kind of hard to understand because of his heavy accent, I did find some 3rd party videos which are pretty good, let me see if i can find them for you.

I searched for a guide too and i found some good videos on youtube. sometimes it costs me quite an effort to do theese things.

Especiallly for some forum post tutorials i need some more practice. I guess that scrapebox is a very powerful tool but it needs much time to handle it.
