Looking to hire someone to email to Twitter users on a regular basis. I don't have a list and I have no idea how many email addresses are able to be obtained. Let me know your thoughts. The site I am promoting is niche to Twitter which is why emailing to Twitter users only is preferred. Any ideas, plans or details are welcomed.
