Need emails sent to 5k list

I'm doing marketing for a local business and they have around 5k emails from past clients they want to send an email too and I was looking to see how much it would be for someone to do this.

you can use amazon SES (62.000 free emails per month), also you can use emailoctopus to manage your list (free 14 days trial). If you use Amazon SES you may need to verify your list so that you avoid getting banned, (bounceless.io can do the work for you).

other than the first option you can use mailjet, mailchimp, sendgrid, sendinblue ...

Before you even send the first email, you need to put your list through a verification service first like Kickbox or Siftlogic. Most of these ESPs that offer free sending manually inspect your first sends so it's essential to clean your list first. Don't believe anyone here that promises 100% inboxing. They're lying. Just toss any email addresses from AOL (all aol country domains ie aol.co.uk/aol.uk) and domains (aim/compuserve/cs/icq/jp.aol/mail/netscape/wmconnect.com) they handle emails for. They're just not worth it unless you segment them out and mail them separately on another account.
