Need Email Marketer-CPA Partnership

I am in need of an experienced email marketer who will be willing to get paid on a CPA basis. Kind of like a partnership to make sure optimal results are achieved.

I will pay for your 'hard costs'(cost to send emails, etc.) but we can work out a CPA structure so you are also compensated for each sale made. Which creates a win-win for everyone.

I am NOT a noob. I am a fulltime IMer, I just want to take advantage of the email marketing space (which I have not fully tapped into).
