Need email harvester who can do this...

i enter a criteria into the harvester (like a keyword etc.) and the harvester goes out and finds sites macthing the criteria.

Then the harvester returns back contact emails he finds on those sites.

The option option would be a tool which searches sites with this cirteria and can return WHOIS contact emails.

The whole point is to look for certain sites and contact the site owners via email. I do NOT need a harvester who just randomly harvests, i need one where i can specify things like keywords.

There are a whole lot of them out there which does what you look for just google with key word email harvester or email extractor. They cost you though from around 30 USD to few hundreds.
