I can't create a new Elance account. Mine was blocked for having 2 under the same IP address. Even if I use a proxy, it won't let me. Can someone please create an Elance account for me, with specific details? Thanks!

don't use proxy next time. i recommend vmware virtual machine + vpn

I own 2 accounts and never had problem accessing both at the same time.
