do you find it helps your listings convert better.
do you use any paid review services that you would recommend.
what are some more legitimate ways to get reviews.

True, if you have poor feedback quality then your listings always will be lower then competitors...

eBay listing placement is pretty much all based on sales volume, sellthrough rate, and defect rate. Anything else you do doesn't have that much of an effect as those three.
