Need ebay paypal help asap!

Hey guys!
Basically I have a computer upstairs and one downstairs, Both running through a Virgin media superhub.
I have a stealth ebay/paypal account, Different name, Address, Virtual number, Bank account. stupidly I requested higher selling allowances on my ebay. Now my ebay is limited (not suspended, just cant list new auctions) I have now cashed out of my paypal account linked to that ebay (paypal has no limitation oddly) and im now thinking of starting fresh (new ebay/new paypal)
I have a bank card ready, New number, New address and name (along with documents with those details if required from paypal) The only problem is I cant change my ip! I have tried Ipconfig /release and /renew and I get assigned the same IP, I have contacted my ISP (virgin) and he said although I am using a dynamic IP, when the lease on my IP expires I am just being assigned my old one again. I have tried turning my moden off over night and again same IP, What can i do to fix this? People have said about VPN's But im a complete noob on this if someone can shed some light

Hi, if you got dynamic IP just restarting the router would give you a new one. Strange, indeed. Maybe your ISP is smoking something and you still got a static one. I believe you could use elite proxy or just a VPN/VPS. Theres a free VPN tool called HotSpot shield, I used it with my stealth ebay before, it worked and I have not been linked. Give a try

Thats what I originally thought, But in the end he pretty much told me there was nothing that could be done! Do you know if hotspot shield works fine for paypal?

You can purchase a virgin mobile usb internet stick for cheap at wal-mart and use the $10 a month service for a new ip and internet which is super super cheap.
