I am new seller on eBay. But i want to know 1 thing. My PayPal is no hold and i am new seller on ebay. If i sale on eBay then does eBay hold the money or it will instant available in my paypal account. Please help me with this.

Normally Ebay will hold your account funds for 21 days.
 
If you never have done a sale in Ebay when you receive the first payments the money will be hold in Paypal for 21 days.

I would say about 10 sales, but I can't remember Ebay ever telling how the system works. They have their ways. Start selling a couple of stuff and see how things go with the 21 days hold.
 
It's:

- 25 transactions
- $250 in sales
- 90 days since your first sale
