Hi guys

Whats happend is ive sold a used coat on ebay, now the buyer says its very well warn but infact its not i only used the coat like 5 times sold it as it was to big for me was a presient

I know i can claim the ebay fee back if he closes the sale but the paypal fee for getting the money in the first place was like $15 and my postage to send the item to him was $35 thats like 50 down

He wants a full refund ? and his postage to send back

Ive got on my listing shipping and handling fees are not refundable

Help please

if you agree to a refund, do so via paypal

then when refunded, you get your paypal fees back, plus your ebay fees and under both ebay and paypal terms he has to pay for return shipping

so you should end up back to zero with no costs

Either agree with the buyer to refund the amount minus your costs that are not refundable after he uploads proof of returning the item

Or if you don't get an agreement he will probably open a dispute. If you refer to your sales thread, your shipment information and other remarks, you should win the dispute as (like you say) you provided all information.

What feedback level do you and your buyer have?

edit: if you do the refund via paypal you will get fees back, as well as ebay fees.

Ok thanks guys, so i will refund, do i use seller canceled transaction in ebay and then goto paypal to refund the $, or do i refund direct from paypal?

Cancel on Ebay, then refund via paypal. don't leave feedback until he does.
