Need Dynamic Website Generator

I've used past dynamic website generators like traffic equalizer, yacg, nichecreator, and probably others that I can't remember right now.

I'm looking for the current state of the art dynamic website generator where you have a large list of keywords and the software will automatically scrape content and create the website. In addition, if a bot comes back to the website looking at additional keywords that the website will immediately create those webpages for the bot if those keywords are missing. I believe this is the way yacg and nichecreator worked but not totally certain about it.

Any direction/insight into finding this type of working software would be appreciated.

I read the cloaking report from the above website, interesting reading. A little above my head, but a good read none the less. I wonder how much they charge to run a cloaking campaign.
 
Try red.button generator, it generate websites and can cloacking by different methods
 
Does anyone have any experience with the red.generator application? It looks pretty good.
