The more control you have over order fulfillment and shipping the more profit and satisfied customers you'll have.

In one of my stores I have a supplier who dropships about 20 products for my clients but I also have 3 products I keep at home and ship direct myself and the profit for the products I store at home and ship myself are higher than the drop shipped orders.

My question is: how can I do this?
1. Dropshipping it means to take orders and place them on aliexpress/ebay, so they will send the product. The problem is my customers can't and won't wait 45 days for delivery.
2. I can buy 1000 pc's and sell them here but it's pretty risky as I dont have to have legal problems...I mean, those are chinese products, I dont want to be responsable if someone dies or anything wrong is happening.

What do you suggest me?

i can find the best dropshipper for you in EU( salehoo list), depnading on your products niche

use marketplace first, than use your own store (shopify is the best)
