Need downloading help

I would like to download USGS Topo maps. I would like to download them automatically like a ftp site but have not found it. Here is a sample of the Web Address http://ims.er.usgs.gov/gda_services...Miami&state=FL&grid=7.5X7.5&series=TNM GeoPDF. I did notice that I can download the files with out going through the thing of multiple clicks. I can change this number http://ims.er.usgs.gov/gda_services/download?item_id=5655646 and remove the ending and I can download the files. How can I automatically set up my computer to search and download the files in that directory.
