You cannot fake the referrer with a standard DMR. You can only blank it. To blank the referrer, you need to pass the user through a separate domain you own and then on to the CPA. A separate domain is encouraged as some browsers retain the referrer if you stay on the first domain. To fake the referrer, you need to do a form submission to your CPA when on the second domain. The referrer will show as the passthrough domain.
