Need Difficult Keyword SEO Plan

Hello, I know there are tons of plans available in the services section, however I'm looking for someone who can dedicate a plan specifically for my keywords. These are difficult keywords in the real estate market, and I need to do what I can to rank as high as possible. If we can rank 2 keywords in the top 3-5 I will be pretty satisfied, anything outside of the first page will be worthless in this market. Please let me know your expertise and what keywords you have actually ranked for. I'm looking for someone with experience who can help. I'm not expecting to rank in 2 weeks I can give you the time needed as long as we are improving steadily.

SEO is an ongiong task also once you start SEOing a website you can not quit or suddenly stop after a couple months or so, otherwise you will be sending the wrong signals to the Search engines. I suggest you set a monthly budget for your SEO plans, also keep in mind that no real SEO company can guarantee anything if they are honest since We do not control Google and theuir updates, so be careful.
