Need Deviantart Bot Made!

Whats good guys, simple question.
I need a deviantart bot made, will pay, and I hope the request is not too complicated.
Basically all I need it to do is favorite like 40 pictures an hour, then unfavorite 40 pictures and hour (from my favorites).
If anyone can make this possible Id be incredibly grateful. (Also I might want a possible comment command as well on recent pictures, just not sure yet)
