need Developer to create Proxy Dashboard

Im looking for someone to code a fully functioning dashboard for my proxy website. I need it to link to my Admin Dashboard on my Providers Site. I want my customers to be able to create an account and purchase a certain amount of gb of data from me and I want the dashboard to send a request to my provider and have it allocate the x amount of gb data to that certain account. Once the data is purchased I want each subuser to be able to view how much data they have left, and once they use all of it up it denies access to the proxies until they purchase more. I would also like each subuser account to be able to generate however many residential proxies they want. If any of this sounds familiar please reach out, thank you.
