Need developer for micro niche sites (wordpress)

I am trying to launch my first few micro niche projects. Some of my projects include:
DuckHuntingSecrets.com
TrueHeating.com (heaters, space heaters etc.)
DivingShop.org (diving equipment etc)
RainBootz.com (Rain boots from low-high range)
RabbitHunting.org (rabbit hunting tips and supplies)
WholesaleLuxuryWatches.com
DogInsuranceNow.com
BuyDogMeds.com

I am looking for quick and easy sites with SEO. I'm looking for someone who has experience with prices that are cost effective. I am also open to partnerships. I own 400 domains and my goal would be to build 100 sites a year all that produce some type of income.

Quite a few domains you have there. My advice would be to develop your micro niches yourself instead of paying someone to do it for you. That way you will make your money back quicker, if you do at all. Holding 400 + domains for 4 years is a bit costly if one a few of them actually make some good $$$.

Sites may be quick and easy to set-up with Wordpress, but may not be that easy to make money with via SEO. I'll PM you my own rates, but you should understand that it will take some labor (yours, or outsourced) to make each site pull enough traffic.
