Just sent you a PM with the contact details for my current managed host, dedicated now. I've never had any request that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner. I also use BurstNet (for cheap dedicated servers that I can manage myself), and I've used WiredTree too, they're AS good as dedicated now, but about twice+ the price, so I couldn't financially justify being with them.

I am running about 200 autoblogs on a fairly high end server which i got from SoftLayer -- Been with them for about 2 years. They have email, Live and ticket support. The server price depends on what you get ofcourse and then try to bargain.
Unfortunately Soft-layer don't offer server management ( apart from ensuring it is up and running), so i went and outsource the server management from a company called " Server Buddies" which cost me $60 a month. So all in all i am paying just under $500 a month.
It would be worthwhile to check them out.

If you are moving from a shared server you may not need to move all the way to a dedicated one. I would look at knownhost, been with them awhile and the service is good. You can start with a vps that fits your needs and move up through the different plans as you need to without any effort on your part other than choosing the new plan and starting a ticket.
Doing it that way will save you some cash as opposed to getting a full blown dedi before you really need one.

I got a Dedicated Server yesterday. Xeon Core i7, 8 Core processor, 24Gb RAM for just $199 ! They got Core i5 for just $149.. I did talk to the CEO of the company and he seem to be really friendly. Guess what, they might provide bulletproof hosting as well. Not sure though.

you can use bullten web hosting solutions ummanaged dedicated server plan. Being unmanaged servers they provide some free services with that and prices are really cheap
