Need dedicated and constant proxy by city (US). Please help

We want to emulate approximate client's location when accessing sites on their behalf.

For example, if client is in Aspen, CO then IP in Denver, CO is good enough (~100 miles away).

Ready to pay per month and proxy.

That's a huge thing because getting IPs for each city will cost you higher/month.
