Need data mining expert for multiple website scraping project.

I am collecting PDF, tiff, and image files from several (UCC) sites.

Here is an example site:

If I choose "lease type documents" and enter a date range I get the results in a list with "click to view". this link takes me to the PDF of the image. I need scrapers that will download every PDF in the results.

I need this for many different sites. A dashboard to run the scrapers at different times and collect/manage the results would be ideal.

Is manual extracting data work can be done or you need only through bot?
