need custom Wordpress plugin creation

hi, i have one issue in my woocommerce store runnuing on wordpress which i want to solve, but i wasn't able to find solution to it online.

i am looking for custom woocommerce plugin which could:

- change the backround of the checkout page based on which product is being ordered (always only one product is being ordered)
- add "header image" to the checkout page under the logo and before the customer information/billing information, which again would be dynamically changed based on what product is in cart.
