[NEED] custom web-coding / sliding (in wordpress theme)

I have a wordpress website and need the following done:



- A popup like this:


(the iphone on the right side)
The iphone should have a youtube video embedded inside. Once you click that, it starts to play (easy, YouTube generates that code for you).


Here's what should happen:

2 seconds after page-load, this iphone thing has to show up sliding-in from the right side of the webbrowser.
This should slide-in on every page of the website, except the homepage.

Also, once the user has clicked the red cross, the iphone thing should slide away (to the left) and should NEVER pop-up again for that visitor (Save that in the cookies or so)


Obviously it all needs to work on various screen-sizes as well, so it won't bug with smaller screens etc.

PS, I will provide you with the PNG file of the iphone + the YouTube video URL + the PNG file of the text under the iphone.
