Need cURL/PHP expert for debugging (URGENT)

Hey guys, I need an individual programmer who're super good with cURL and PHP, and has basic knowledge on how sites like rapidshare and megaupload works. I'm running a remote download site and believe the script was coded poorly that uses tons of my system resources. Hence i need someone to debug. I can't pay by per hour. Per project basis.

I am good at php and curl and made lots of bots in it including rapidshare,megaupload etc.
