Need CSS / PHP Expert - Theme Edits Needed

I have a couple edits (maybe minor) to further customize my theme in worpress.

Looking for someone with very good experience in editing CSS coding and PHP in wordpress.

Note - I have a couple competitor websites to show for ideas to make it easier to understand aswell.

I use the sociallyviral theme and I want to further customize it to look like viralnova which also uses the same theme.

Currently my logo is above my category menu and I would like my menu to show next to my logo. Like the Viralnova or boredomtherapy site.

Anot her edit is to do with ad display spots but will make more sense if you pm me and I can forward my site address.
