You should use Cryptomus or NOWPayments as customers pay directly without KYC, payouts to your merchant wallet are instant, and only you need to complete account verification.

If you need zero-friction checkouts, the metric you want to optimize for is buyer-side abstraction. Standard custodial gateways push KYC down to the customer at checkout, causing immediate funnel drop-offs.
To bypass customer-side verification completely, you have to use non-custodial API architecture (like a self-hosted BTCPay Server instance) or non-custodial processors where the customer pays via native crypto-to-crypto rails. Because the transaction executes directly peer-to-peer on the blockchain, the gateway only monitors the public ledger address for incoming confirmation logs—meaning the platform has no technical or regulatory bottleneck requiring them to capture buyer PII.
Are your customers paying strictly via native crypto-to-crypto rails, or do you need a gateway that accepts fiat credit cards and settles to your wallet in crypto?

there is no payment processor to collect payments in FIAT and send the money for you in crypto instantly
it would be abused as hell by scammers, maybe it's your idea, I can't imagine serious businesses interested in this magical instant payout with no refund availability

Instant payouts are rare for high-risk businesses. Most processors take around 48 hours and usually start with a 10–15% rolling reserve.

KYC is not essential as high risk don't require KYC what needed is CB ratio and sale volume
Instant card-to-crypto payouts without customer KYC are uncommon. most processor compromise on speed, compliance, or fees. check settlement terms, reserves nd customer verification rules before choosing one.
