Need Craigslist poster

I need a person with prior experience on Craigslist, who can post unique ads, managing to avoid ghosting or flagging. The ads will describe a job offer and I must mention that I am willing to pay extra if the poster agrees not only to post, but also to write the ads. Our purpose is to get as many answers as possible. Please let me know if you are interested and will discuss the details.
